Seth and his team were not only efficient at every step of the way but they were also conscious of our unique situation and made themselves available at all times to clarify and advise us on all aspects of the transactions. On more than one occasion Seth was proactive in making sure we were clear about elements we had not thought about and his presence at the closing, though not officially necessary, was very reassuring to us.
