The guy that owns that place is not a nice person and kind of a self serving jerk. People go to places like his business to get local service from businesses that support and embrace the community. He's exactly the opposite of that - also with home theater installation they're a dime a dozen - it makes more sense to purchase your equipment online and pay literally any general contractor you find on Angie's list or any high school kid to do any of this uncomplicated technology. It's like going to a vacuum store when you can just buy one from Amazon and have it sent to you the next day. Completely avoiding this pathetic excuse for a broadripple business.
