Absolutely terrifying. The Manager shut the door in our face at 4:58 when she said she would wait for us to grab a document for my daughters temps. This is after she required two documents not listed on the BMV website. GO TO LAWRENCEBURG!!!

Assistant manager is a Hater!!! One of those people that gets off by telling you no no no. Be prepared and know how things are supposed to work before you walk in there, if she can find a way to tell you no and send you away empty handed she will. Just do your research first on the website and know the facts because she is going to try to tell you different
