Took in my 2009 135i for brake and chassis noise. Omar took my car in the same day I called and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. The staff was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. EDIT: After driving the car for about a week, the brakes started making the exact same noise as before. I took the car back to them and they said nothing was wrong and tried to sell me more parts. I was told "You have to stop like you mean it" and nothing is wrong. I was basically charged $700 to have new brakes installed that somehow make MORE noise. If you're looking for service after the repair, I would go in a different direction.

Carlos and Omar at Autopotenza LLC are the real deal. My 2011 Mercedes-Benz GL 450 needed a new lock actuator for the liftgate. I met Omar first thing Monday morning so he could confirm and order the part. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The part came in Tuesday morning, and I went back, sat in their nice waiting room, used their WIFI, and got some work done, while they replaced the latch. I was in and and out in less than three hours, including the time it took Carlos to get the repair FULLY COVERED under my extended warranty. By comparison: Last week, the local Mercedes-Benz dealership had my car beginning when the opened on Monday morning. They finally got around to looking at it on Tuesday afternoon and determining an estimate (that was 36% higher than Autopotenza's, and that was only going to be covered 50% under my extended warranty "as a gesture of goodwill," according to the warranty company). Long story short, I eventually picked up my unfixed car from the dealer before they closed on Friday because -- in their condescending and customer-second manner -- they wouldn't ensure it would be done in the 4+ hours before they closed (or give me a loaner vehicle over the weekend), even after I was resigned to just paying the difference. I will now use Autopotenza exclusively for maintenance and repair work!
