A preface to this review: this was my first ever waxing experience. I went for my first ever waxing exactly one week ago. The experience was great- Erica was very friendly and professional. The facility is super clean and nice. But, the areas I got waxed (full leg and armpits) didn't feel smooth afterward, as I expected. There were quite a few hairs left, so I went home and plucked them. Then I went on vacation and didn't think I'd need a razor. Unfortunately, I needed to buy one because of how much hair grew in a week. Perhaps I didn't grow the hair out long enough before the waxing. (If this was the case, I would have thought Erica would have mentioned it.) Maybe this is just how waxing is. (If so, I have no idea why people pay for it.) Either way, it definitely wasn't worth the $$$.
