Worst customer service ever.Leaked after completion in June of 2014 it's now April 2015 and David has not fixed the problem.After several phone calls he came out to fix in November but didn't bring tools and that was the last I heard from David the owner and installer. The reason for leak was from a custom made bench, the front of the seat came out from the top of the seat so there was a 1/8 inch gap.David won't answer phone calls or do anything to fix leak. I actually had to trick him to answer my phone call by calling from a different phone and when he realized it was me he was rude and came up with ever excuse possible but still no repair.I order this custom made shower in March of 2014 at a very high price and now over a year and still no repair but I keep calling and David still won't answer or return my calls.
