Best Western Plus Mishawaka Inn

I have to say something, I am not one to write reviews all that often but in this case I feel compelled to say something. The staffing at this location are far and way the nicest and most helpful I have met in any hotel in a very long time. Kirt has been particularly nice to me an my family and very helpful. At breakfast he even helped by removing any used plates and cups which is much appreciated with 3 children. The housekeeping even makes eye contact, smiles and says hello every time which does not happen everywhere. The experience of having from top to bottom everyone on the staff be friendly and attentive to my family's needs and going above and beyond to make us welcome makes for a fantastic and joyful experience.
