Worst of the worst! This company is nothing but a bunch of incompetent thieves. Had them replaced a few things back in 2016 ended up having to have them come back several times before they finally sent someone out that knew what they were doing and told me whoever came out before wired everything up wrong. Last week I was having issues with my blower motor and called and asked if it was still covered under warranty and was told yes. They sent a tech out that portrayed like he knew what he was taking about. The tech took over 2 hours and came back and told me that my blower motor, mother board and capacitor was all bad and that there might be more wrong as well and wouldn't know till he got into it more. Then he proceeded to show me pictures or parts that were clearly fried and informed me that he has talked to their office person and now they had never replaced the blower motor on my unit and it wasn't covered under any warranty and I owed them a $250 service charge and it'd be around another $2400 more to fix everything. After that I wasn't happy because I would of never had them come out if their office person hadn't verified that it was covered and I wouldn't be charged. I ended up calling a family friend that has been doing HVAC for over 30 years. Told him what was going on and he had it diagnosed within 30 mins and informed me that several things were wired wrong and due to that more damage was done by Beverlys tech then actual good. He said my blower motor was bad now but doesn't believe it was until it was improperly wired. My Capacitor would have been the only thing that needed replaced but due to Beverlys incompetence I had to replace the blower motor as well. Also showed my family friend the picture of the fried mother board the tech had sent me and my friend informed me that it wasn't even the same mother board in pictures as my furnace. Got my blower motor and capacitor replaced within an hour all for $80. Now I called to dispute the $250 bill with the owner and inform him of the damages his tech caused but have yet to hear back. Watch out for these incompetent crooks is all I have to say!
