Big O Tires

Bad service. Only put 3 out of 5 lug nuts back on. I don't think they were originally missing but if they were they should have at least mentioned it or replaced them. Also will charge women more so be careful. I would recommend Pomps or Walmart, they both have good prices and do better work

We had a leaky front tire on our return from a family vacation in Florida. After some incorrect info from Walmart tire center, the folks at Big O found out that the sidewall of our tire was dangerously damaged. Being a special order tire, they did not have it in stock. The Manager made some calls to figure out where we could get a tire on his own, found one nearby and got us in at the other place right away. Thank you so much for helping us out of a horrible spot. Well done!
