Changing dentists. I cannot predict where my work will want me months in advance. I've now had 3 hiccups with Bloomington Family Dental. Each time is generally my fault. Either work sent me away the week of my appointment or I (they claim) wrote down the time wrong and came an hour late. I waited 3 months for this last appointment. Because I was 40 minutes late (20 minutes early I thought) they have to reschedule for 2 months in the future. It's now been a year since my last cleaning. This dentist should work with their customers more.
