They remodeled since the last time I was there. The entrance is crowded and clustered for those waiting to be seated or trying to place a carryout. They had far less staff than necessary on a Sunday morning (or so it appeared) and the young lady up front was new so she wasn't able to help much (but was very polite). We spent about an hour there total waiting to place a carryout, ordering and then asking to have our items bagged once we saw them come up to the window to avoid them getting cold. Love Bob Evans, but they could use some love there in Greenfield!
