A little bit ago I would have given this store 5 stars, but not any more. The sales employees are very pleasant, helpful, informative & most importantly- not annoying or pushy. HOWEVER, apparently buckle is now under new management and this new manager, Marcus, is terrible. He's annoying, pushy, rude, and fake. I've personally witnessed him forcing his employees to go up to guests and cram product down their throats until that guest either tries it on, or just leaves the store from being so annoyed by being shown things they don't even show interest in. One of Buckle's sales slogans is "go for no," however, this new manager goes for 100 no's and makes the buckle shopping experience INCREDIBLY unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable watching him make his employees annoy guests, when clearly they, nor the guests wanted any part of it. I used to enjoy coming into this store, conversing with the old manager and having a pleasant experience with the staff. That is a thing of the past now though. I will be taking my money elsewhere. And if you or anyone else you know want a pleasant shopping experience, I'd do the same.
