I don't know who is to blame. Whether it's the management, owner, terrible training, or lack of employees caring, this location is one of the worst fast-food restaurants that you can encounter. This location is always cycling through employees, seems to be a new employee every other week. You better hope that you don't have to ask for the most basic of a request, as they always forget, or blatantly do not care. If you order chicken nuggets, don't expect that sauce that you ordered on the side. They'll make sure you eat those dry. I don't expect perfect greetings in the drive-through, but I have been asked, very bluntly as I drove up, "What do you want?". That's pathetic effort. The service is seriously the worst I have ever had to deal with.
I always have co-workers who use this location as a last resort for a "quick" lunch. This location used to be a decent fast-food restaurant, but now, it's just a joke.
