Salesman wasn’t personable at all, with us anyway, he laughed and joked with his coworkers but with us he was like a machine, you would have to experience it to fully understand but both of us were unhappy with how cold our salesperson was and with his lack of communication. The payments they wanted us to do were insane and on top of that we already got approved somewhere else for less than 1/3 down that they wanted here. On top of all that we weren’t told the exact down payment so we called later to find out and was told we would get a call back later. We called back 2 hours later to find out they had closed and left without calling us and that was on a Saturday which was even more frustrating. I don’t know what banks they use for the high payments and money down they want but I definitely won’t be back to find out.
