Cardinal Appraisal Services, Inc.

This company sent someone out to do the appraisal on a home I am looking to purchase, and it took her 3 weeks to get back with the paperwork. Then when she did, she had to go out there with the seller a week later because she did not correctly do her job right the first time. The company could not get ahold of this lady to turn in her paperwork on time. If this is the kind of people they have working for them and time is not important. I would not recommend them to anyone!
