My autistic son lost his card with 70 tokens on it 30 minutes after we arrived. Showed a receipt and management wouldn't even try to help. In the past 2 days I spent $200 at this place. I will find some place new to bring my kids. They lost my business for good at this place. What a shame especially since I live right across the street. Not the first time I have had problems with management here either. Maybe we will start going to Monkey Joe's.
