This is my urgent care facility of choice. I have yet to have a bad experience and I have been going for years. Yes, some days are slower than others but it just depends on who is working and what they're dealing with. The staff have always been courteous and friendly, even with my multiple return visits as of late. I have had some doctors that I have preferred over others but that's normal I think. Not everyone has the same style. I'm a little confused by all of these bad reviews. I would give 5/5 but wait time can be pretty icky sometimes.
