The worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. The manager Bob does not return calls and has horrible customer service skills. Alterations damaged the garment and Bob's response is that it was dropped off that way. His policy is for his staff to NOT call him and to not give his number out (understandably), however he makes zero effort to follow up. His staff is great and are a pleasure to work with. Recommend not having items fixed at this location or ever having to deal with Bob.
