I have eaten at Diesels a lot over the years, and have always looked forward to eating there. Lately I just haven't been to happy with their service after they changed ownership. Today, is my decision as to why I will not be back there for a very long time. I ordered a lunch to go . When I went in to pick up my food to go, I asked about a drink only to be cashed out sooner than what I wanted, fine. I also ordered a hamburger with cheddar cheese which includes fries. I asked for mac and cheese to be added on. All I got was the hamburger with cheddar without any condiments and the mac and cheese, fine I understand these things happen. Well, when I called back to say something, I spoke with the same guy that took my order over the phone, rang me up, and answered my issue. All he said was alright I will let the cook know. Well, what about my order, what about rectifying the situation considering I am a paying customer. Instead he just blew me off, like he did in the restaurant when I tried to add a drink onto my order. So, since your wait staff apparently don't care about the service they provide, or present themselves as being to busy to provide quality service, I won't be back.
