Dunkin' Donuts

I've never been treated so rudely by store employees. I was the only one in line and I stood there for at least 5 minutes waiting to order while several staff members were behind the counter joking with each other. One of them was kicking things for fun. I've been to this store before and gotten my order wrong, but this makes me never want to come back-- ever.

I used my free birthday beverage coupon, I had the mocha latte and it was OK, the donuts were great!
