Dunkin' Donuts

Horrible experience. On our way to the Notre Dame game and stopped for some donuts and coffee. We were second in line to order and we waited roughly 10 minutes to order. There were over 5 staff members that I counted working so I’m not sure why the slowness in service. The lady who took our order was rude. Upcharged us on a donut we got and didn’t tell us we would be charged extra. Additionally, our coffee was burnt, to the point it wasn’t drinkable. Lastly, I ate 3/4 of my jelly donut without any jelly. Like what’s the point? Such a disappointment and waste of money.
