Liked the ET-300. Seemed like a good step-up for my amazon PetTech unit. Within a day, I noticed that the output was inconsistent and my dog's response was, understandably & expectedly, inconsistent as well. Called the company, spent 40 minutes with 2 associates who were trying to push back - try a few more days ; are you using it right (never had issues with my PetTech for months except it was not built tough) etc etc. Finally they agreed to replace the set. I like the product but seemed to have a defective one. The customer service on the other hand, in my case, was not what it is made out to be and far from good leave alone best. Happy to rate higher if the replacement is good and works as expected without needing further call backs.
