This company charges for services that cannot prove they provide. They will not respond to questions, letters or comments to there service. They claim services are done at hospitals that do not exist and the invoices claim service were performed at a hospital we never even visited. They refused to answer issues and fraudulently invoice insurance company for services they cannot and will not prove that they did or did not do. This is a fraud company that is forcing themselves onto the medical field to screw people over and they delay for months to help with issues. The only help I got was from the BBB buy complaining and they still did not do what I requested to the BBB that this company do to satisfy our needs. All we wanted was prove as to what was done, what was diagnosed and to correct all invoices as to the correct name of the Hospital we were at.
