Kind, professional, and beyond helpful with accomodating for an emergency! I saw my general dentist Thursday and she recomended Dr. Gideon for a root canal. They initially offered me an overbook for the following Tuesday. Over the weekend, the pain became severe so I called the service Sunday night. I was called first thing Monday morning and was offered that same afternoon in the Michigan City location. I met Dr. Gideon and Nicole for the exam at 2pm that same day. Both were so kind and accomodating. I was scheduled to leave the country the following Monday for 2 weeks in Spain. Upon hearing that, Dr. Gideon left the room for a moment, then returned to offer to do the root canal that same day at 5pm! Both he and Nicole agreed to stay late to provide my treatment. Ironically they both appologized that I would have to wait a few hours, even though they were accomodating me instead of going home for dinner with their own families. Besides the wonderful scheduling accomodation, the care I recieved was top notch. All options were explained, they never acted rushed or bothered, I had no pain during the whole procedure, and they both were very warm and personable. I left there at 7pm (well after normal work hours) relieved of my pain and relieved for my trip. If you are seeking care, this is the place and the team you want.
