Family Dollar

I went in the other day, as soon as I walked in there were two customers lined up waiting to check out. As I was walking down towards aisles an employee seen me but did not go check up front. I went found what I needed, probably took me 6-8 minutes. I went back up front and same customers were standing there waiting. They had said they were waiting a few minutes before I had even walked in!! I found a bell and rang it still had to wait a couple minutes so I rang again finally someone came. Before it got to us my child had to use the restroom and the girl said hold on ill have him unlock it. Instead of calling or saying something she just kept going my daughter started getting squirmy then that other employee finally came up and the girl said hey can you let her in the bathroom? Then he said oh yea hold on head on back we still had to wait by the time he finally came back there she had went in her pants!! I have never seen such slow or poor service! Granted its not a place to really use the restroom but if we wouldn't of had to wait so long for someone to check us out this wouldn't of happen!!! And if you see a small child dancing around because of having to go to the bathroom you should move your butt!!!
