So I’ll start off by saying I’m happy with 5/3rd. This location has awesome customer service and they get people in and out as fast as possible, without making you feel like you gotta go. They are thorough and are good about answering your questions and help, in general. One problem is the ATM. It’s like this thing never works right. Another problem (which isn’t the branches fault) is that people are always cutting through from the other parking lots. They drive way crazy and create a sketchy driving situation. Lastly, there’s the change machine - they 86’d it. Why? I have no idea, but now I have to go to Merrillville to turn in change. I’m not giving a coin star 10% of my money to count change.
