Came to the area for work for 3 months. With areas north of here flooding recently, we expressed our concerns and were assured the park was not under water or an issue. Even calling the day we were supposed to arrive, I was told “stay on the gravel and you’ll be fine”. What gravel? The “gravel” sites are 97% mud and 3% gravel, and the “roads” are 70% dirt and 30% gravel. Spots were under water and mud and muck all over the place. It is very neglected, and in 2 weeks of staying there, I NEVER saw management. Even though they live above the office. Which, by the way, they keep binoculars on the window sill, so keep blinds closed. The water is HORRIBLE. Too cold to put filter on our inlet, and in less than 2 weeks, our BRAND NEW 2018 TT has yellow iron stains in the sink, shower, and toilet now. Not to mention it smells quite foul as well. Do NOT pay ahead and expect any back. We paid for a month, I was canceled from job on day 3, so I lost almost $300. That is needed when job comes s canceled, but they don’t care. Stay anywhere else but here...seriously.
