I believe that the police department should do better when called! The reason why homicides are currently going on is because no names are taken when there's a disturbance in a neighborhood! Then the person or persons who give information to the department end up dead! That's not seriously serving our communities! Mr. Joyner I really wish that you would come out as well on some of the issues in Ft. Wayne I only see you in the aftermath of a crime! Js!
