Freddy's Steak House - Hammond, Indiana

Had lunch here today. The wait staff was great but the food left much to be desired. My medium steak was mostly well done while the onions and mushrooms were not sauteed long enough. My wife ordered the same and had the same results. My daughter ordered medium rare and it was nearly perfect. The chicken noodle soup and 4 cheese mac and cheese were good.

I went to Freddy's with my family for a celebration dinner, and I believe our Server's name was Jody, and she was so kind and very attentive, and genuine. The management staff was also very customer service oriented, and they were all so friendly. The unlimited grouper was the best I ever had! My family was very raucous and loud (we were enjoying the delicious long island specials) and Freddy's welcomed our joy and laughter with open arms. I'd love to dine here again!
