Wonderful day was spent at this beautiful historic hotel. Tom, the Concierge, was the best... so nice and friendly, answering all our questions. It was a bit slow at the desk when I asked about the mineral waters so he walked us out to the springs. He made our trip to the hotel very enjoyable.
We had dinner at the restaurant in the basement. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer. The chips were great but the dip was mostly cheese and so small. The waitress took my complaint to the manager and she brought us another bowl of dip. We both ordered the Cobb salad which had no flavor. Food not so good but the service was top notch. Will definitely return to the hotel but will find a different restaurant next time.
