I think that the positive things you see during a tour or online are very representative of what it’s like to live here. But let’s get into the negatives, which are much more fun to talk about:
-The plumbing is wrecked. Usually you won’t have cold water, sometimes you won’t have hot water, and if you’re lucky you’ll have both. I’ve lived here for two years and this has been a problem the whole time.
-They vacuum my floor at 9am a couple times a week. In most places this wouldn’t be a problem because people would have already left for work, but FUSE is mostly students who are probably waking up later.
-There are apartment checks every ~2 months. Hope your comfortable have strangers wander through your place while you’re away on winter break.
-Expensive
