Our company has worked with Don Long for a good many years and he has always been very courteous and respectful in answering any concerns regarding our policies. Whether I send an e-mail or call on the phone with a request, the response is promptly taken care of. If Don is unavailable, his office staff are wonderful. Don has been in the insurance business a long time and, as such, is very knowledgeable about his work. I could not ask for a better insurance agent for our company.
