Had this home instance over ten years and it's not cheap, but on my very first claim after the tornado on 2/28/17 it has been nothing but a nightmare. They don't want to replace anything and it's taking forever to even get anything done. Changing to Shelter, my dad has it and they were very good to him after that storm.
