Been a customer at this same location for over three years. Came in today, was waited o. by a gentleman, Chris I believe. He looked at the previous notes on the computer, asked if that was correct. I said yes, and verbalized what exactly I wanted as well. (same haircut as previously received) he starts cutting. In a matter of minutes, I can clearly see what he is doing is not what I was wanting, so I pointed out what I needed him to do. He told me "you don't want to do that", and said "it'll get there". He then proceeded to give me a haircut that was not even remotely close to what I asked for, and probably the worst haircut I have ever had. The salon was crowded, and he made it clear he wasn't interested in what I wanted, or anything I had to say about it, so I let him finish, paid, with tip, and left. There are some great stylists at great clips across the country, and at this location as well, he just isn't one of them. Kelsey, Sarah, and the others here are more than willing to hear what you want, and help you get it right. they are the ones who originally talked me into changing my haircut after twenty years if the same thing. They did it right, and the way I wanted it. Personally, if you go here, ask for one of them, or anyone else EXCEPT Chris. As for me, sadly, I will never Vista another Great Clips location again. I cannot speak d my money with anyone who would employ someone as unprofessional, inconsiderate, and clearly NOT interested in giving, or assisting the customer in getting what they wanted.
