If I could put a zero I would! My daughter first off came in to get her hair done and have blonde put in...you can't see the blonde at all!! Then, they used my debit card and took out $10 for part of a tip and my daughter told them to take out the $15 from her card,not only can you not tell a difference in her hair,but they took out a additional $642.86 from my card and then said it was declined. I saw this charge and they took out in addition twice $110 from my daughter's card...they took every penny I had from my account and tried to blame it all on my daughter because she wanted to pay for her hair on my card and the tip on hers. That was June 30th and it is the 4th,I have had stuff bounce and have NO money for anything...no food,no gas and can't even do fireworks with my kids for th 4th because of their mistake because the money is still not in my account!! Worst experience and place ever to have hair done and it was a complete waste of money as well because my daughter's hair doesn't look any different and she even took a picture in for them to see what she wanted. Thank you so much Hair Express...absoulutly great 4th for my family and loving all my negative fee's I'm getting!!
