Hampton Inn Marion

I was going to book a room with Hampton Inn, we stayed in one in Aberdeen SD, very nice we loved it. Called to book a 4-9mo stay they would not honer or give VA, Government rates or Hospital preference. I was shocked when they told me NO after offering a long stay on a company card..I called back again to see if that was a typo on the price when I said "Government" Room was listed for $119 they told me $149 and they told me they did not have price to fit Government contracts. I got the replay I never asked for weekly Rates I asked for nightly with a Government or Hospital rates. I was directed to the call center they told me $149 night then I was redirected to the Hampton Inn. They told me they will not honer Hospital or Government. The Supper 8 Comfort Inn and a few others gave me a great deal. $91 night Government they all offer Hospital at $65 night with great accommodations. I can understand your defense on the call, but truthfully your hotel would not even rationalize on the offer. We were told from the towns people Hampton and one other hotel were NO GOOD stay away.
