Update May 2018: We are members of Hope's maintenance program. In addition to a discount on service it also nets us a yearly inspection. Called to have all of the items addressed (replacement sink fittings, replaced drains on the tubs with ones that actually shut, etc). Dennis was out over two days and handled it all. We even discussed our shared love of bourbon as we moved a few things out of the way in the basement. Hope did something new and sent a text message with a photo and short bio - everyone I mentioned this to thought it was a cool touch. Dec 2016: Went downstairs at 3pm on a Saturday to find the water heater leaking all over the basement. Called Hope and they were able to come out same day with a brand new water heater (We are also Service plan members which means no emergency fee). Jon B arrived early and got the new heater and sump in before 8pm, without any fuss. As always, we can count on Hope for punctual, quality service, with highly , qualified and helpful plumbers, and always recommend to our friends when they have a plumbing emergency.

Called Hope Plumbing to move some pipes for a pedestal sink. They were able to be out within 48 hours. Day of service I received updates regarding timing of the technician’s arrival. When Dennis arrived he was professional and went the extra mile to get the job done in a single visit which helped me out a lot. Job well done. Highly recommend Hope Plumbing AND Dennis.
