Hunt Club Apartments

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I did meet one person who liked it there who renewed their lease. It took a month before all the issues were fixed AFTER I moved in. There was paint dripped everywhere and spots where it have should have been painted werent. Everything was a hack job - even the trim fell off and after it was 'fixed' it still came apart. The bathroom wasnt even cleaned before I moved in... gross. My AEP bills were terrible because the windows have huge gaps - I could not keep it cooled or warm. The hallways STINK and there were holes in the floor in the entry way and splinters on the stairway handles. When I moved out there were some spots on the bedroom floor and instead of replacing just the bedroom carpet they replaced the ENTIRE APARTMENT and charged me for ALL of it saying they changed carpet companies and couldnt match the carpet. I hated everything about living there and all of my neighbors were moving out after one year as well.... it was the worst experience I have ever had in an apartment!! THE ONLY GOOD THING was the girls in the office especially Mccanna. Everything else SUCKED... especially getting completely ripped off again after I moved out. There are far better apartments in Fort Wayne to live in.
