Impact Zone Training Center

To put it simply, I thoroughly enjoy Impact Zone. I appreciate the organization with regard to skills, as well as growing as an individual by allowing the opportunity to learn with peers of similar knowledge, or even greater proficiency. The atmosphere is inviting, and I cannot stress how appreciative I have been that ego must be left at the door when coming to train. Training with a team can assist with accountability, and it can bring about a sense of belonging. Coach Carlos and countless other mentors are well versed in their trade, and it puts me at ease knowing that what I learn here is worthwhile and will stay with me. As of today, I've been away from training for two years or so. However, in that time, I've come to realize that if I wasn't ready to dedicate myself fully to the lifestyle and the sports, my efforts would continue to be lackluster and ultimately cheating my progress. I hope to return soon, but in the meantime, I hope this convinces another individual to dive in if the interest already exists!
