The customer service is polite and I have never had a negative experience going into the bank. However, the online platform is severely lacking. They keep financial records on their net-teller for only 3-4 months before erasing your history. Further, they do not even store all of your past bank statements online- you have to request a paper copy to even get those records. If there is any chance that you are going to be audited, do not bank with IMCU.
