Sprint Store

I just recently bought a new phone from a different Sprint store that was faulty. After spending 8 hours and taking 3 separate trips to that store trying to exchange or fix the brand new phone, I was still getting nothing accomplished. Corporate referred me to come here to get the help I needed. Immediately, I had somebody there willing to help and try to understand the situation. The store manager stepped up and took over helping me. He didn't have a replacement phone right away, but he got one the very next day. He went out of his way to rectify any issues I had from exchanging the phone to helping transfer my contacts and pictures. If I had a problem, he was right there in seconds to fix it! Absolutely wonderful store with great customer service!
