Ordered ring and was assured it could be sized and the stones on the side would be okay because each one set in seperate prongs. Went to get it they had soldered a flat spacer bar with space between the bar and the shank of the ring. I was told that it could not be sized so they opted to use the bar. Not what I wanted. I should have been contacted making me aware of the change and at that time I would never have okayed a spacer bar to be used. Went today and took the Greenwood Mall Manager to the kiosk with Me what I and heard three different stories of why it couldn't be fine and then it could and then back to not. Contacted BBB. They are taking it from here, because he has the ring and my $250.00., will pursue this issue.
