I used our home warranty service for a leaking garbage disposal. I was able to schedule Jake’s Heating and plumbing the same business day. Donny was friendly & efficient. I gave 4/5 simply because I would’ve liked to have had more information available to review concerning potential disposal replacement options. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Wow! Came upon Jake's Heating Air & Plumbing through my home warranty company - and they are the only good thing to come out of the association with the home warranty. Honestly the best ever service I’ve ever received, Robert, the technician who came out to the house was beyond excellent, if that’s possible. This was the second company to give a diagnosis of our heating problems and Robert did a fantastic professional job. Our heating is back and better than it’s ever run before. Not only would I say ‘I’d recommend this company, I’ve already done so. Thank you Jakes and a huge big thank you to Robert. Your employers are very lucky to have you representing their company.
