Jim Bertch - State Farm Insurance Agent

Nothing is better than dealing with your local agent! My family has had Jim as their agent for years & years. I grew up & chose him as well. Once married we switched briefly & had to file a claim. Wasn't a great experience. Took forever & felt like we had to jump through so many hoops. Switched back to Jim & it's been great. Unfortunately we had to file a claim today BUT it has been super easy & very convenient. I will never switch again! Thank you Jim Bertch!!!
