Kmart

The KMart in Richmond IN is a very nice clean store.There is a huge selection of merchandise. The employees are polite and helpful. The problem with the KMart Company is their computer system would not honor my KMart Rewards Points that expire at midnight tonight.The store clerk called KMart customer service and tried to clear up the issue. It was a waste of time. They could not find me in the system. I will not be shopping at KMart in the future.
