New management today & my 1st visit: TH: 11:50-1:20 for pedicure only. Ice cold soaking water with 40min+ soak while extra staff arrived, boiling hot tiny washcloths to wipe off lotion rather than rub it in, burn your toes red hot blow dryer, very odd. No one presents payment ticket??? Paid with cash and no receipt provided. Signage - cash tip only. Cancel the rest of your plans for the afternoon, and be prepared to be very confused. Yes, the toenails are still pink & tender on the sides from treatment 6hr ago. IDK what's going on here? Tomorrow's another day...Moving on...
