I made a point of being there at 9 am on Sat Feb 11, 2017 to get a haircut. I was the first of 4 people to walk in and I asked the "1" person working for a haircut. She told me the first available slot was 10:15am because she had a color work to do....there was ONLY 1 person working. So 3 of us walked out. You would think there would be more than 1 person working on a Saturday. I wonder how much walk in business they will lose during the hour and fifteen minutes the "1" person is doing that color work!! They lost $40 bucks worth of business in the first 2 minutes they were open. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!
