Creasy Springs Health Campus

We had to put my mother in there for skilled nursing for her cancer. She did not get her dinner 3 different times and the time we got someone to realize she didn't get a meal the kitchen was closed, thank god My sister and I would go down every night so we would have to run and get her something. When they would finally got moms breakfast to her it was 10am, then they would bring her lunch in at 1pm and it was coldsame way with supper she would get it between 6:30 and it was cold un called for . The nursing staff is good. The aids need some teaching on caring and checking on there patient more often. Mom would push her light and finally between 15 to 20 minutes someone would come. Therapy always told mom she is doing really good then we would have a meeting saying mom is not showing any progress so we would have to move her. So I get a phone call at my work saying we have to get her out in a week and NO one would help us or even give us suggestions on what to do, So my cousin from Arizona helped us find a place it's really sad you want your mother to have the best care and Dr. Harb suggested this place and it was a disater. Think twice is all I can say
