Horrible service! As many times as my husband and I had to come back, the ladies have been rude, sassy, hostile, disrespectful, bad attitudes, and very sarcastic! Sad to say, even the manager! We are from another state and we first came in with ALL THE PROPER papers and they kept asking for a passport! We are Mexican and born here and they didn't want to accept our SS cards and birth certificate! Two of the employees talked to each other right in front of us saying that they might be fake or used already several times. HELLO LADIES..... I'M RIGHT HERE AND I HEAR YOU! And than they still WANTED A STUPID PASSPORT and kept asking! I believe they are racist here! My sister who is from here saw how we have been treated and even apologized for them and was embarrassed! She took me to White County to get my licence transferred to here from California! They have better service and are respectful! Really sad how people can be! I believe if you dislike people, even certain people or NOT a people person, DO NOT get a job were you deal with people on a daily basis! Please! How you treat others says a lot about your character and THAN on top of that, you work for CASS COUNTY! What does that say about the county? Other county employees have the same bad attitudes! Wow, very sad and all of you should be embarrassed!
