I visited twice in the past week. It's 5 min away from my job and both times it took them 20 min to make "fast food" all of my lunch break. Both times they handed my food to another car. The first time I had to double back. The second time I caught the mistake at the window. The ladies had an argument about who's fault it was. Then the manager came to reassure them it was ok because "everyone hands out the wrong food." Only after that was settled one lady called out my order to be remade. Also worth mentioning, the first time this happened I already left so I went inside to get the right food. Anyway, the sandwiches to complete my order were already up but instead of serving them to me and sending me on my way they were used to complete another order. So 15 minutes after I ordered, another current order was still a priority. Mine was made from McScratch.
